ADULT ANGER AND EMOTIONAL MANAGEMENT PROGRAM:
This group will address problems caused by the expression of negative emotions. Participants will learn anger management skills, stress reduction techniques, how to express emotions in a positive way, and communication skills. Target population is adults age 18 and over who are experiencing emotional and behavioral problems.  

W.O.M.E.N.S GROUP:
(Women’s Options for Managing Emotional Needs & Support) – This group will address feelings of isolation, depression or anxiety and help the person to make changes in order to improve the quality of their life.  Target population is women of all ages experiencing emotional problems.

POSITIVE PARENTING:
Explores common struggles faced by parents of children with behavior problems.  Topics covered include: enhancing a child’s development, improving parent well-being; improving family relationships; and maintaining those improvements.  To be eligible for this program your child must be participating in the Healing Through Feeling Group.

WOMEN’S EMPOWERMENT GROUP:
This group focuses on empowering women who have been involved in abusive relationships and domestic violence.  The group teaches assertiveness skills, recognizing abusive relationships, healthy boundaries, stress reduction and self discovery.

THE PARENT PROGRAM:
An 8 week course in Parenting.  Curriculum includes: child development; child rearing beliefs; importance of boundaries; adult anger management; child anger management; discipline, physical punishment; skills in raising your child; communication; active listening; and playtime with your child.

LIVING WELL GROUP:
This group is geared to providing a setting in which relaxation techniques will be demonstrated and experienced by members. Clients with stress, anxiety, depression and dual-disorders can benefit.
