BEHAVIORAL HEALTH COUNSELOR
Master’s degree in the field of counseling, social work, psychology or related field. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in oral and written forms. Licensed or addictions certification required. Completes screenings, assessments, diagnosing, group and individual counseling, treatment planning, implementation of treatment plan, educational services, assessing effectiveness of service, crisis intervention, psychopharmacology, collaboration with other agencies/services and documentation of all services. Full-time position.
PROJECT SUCCESS COUNSELOR
Bachelor’s degree in counseling, psychology, or social work and the equivalent of one year of full-time Bachelor’s experience with children and families. Certified as a Prevention Professional or eligible for certification. Must be knowledgeable in child and adolescent development; substance abuse prevention; working with children of substance abusers; alcohol, tobacco and drug abuse assessment and 12-step programs. Full-time school year position.

Sutton Place Behavioral Health utilizes volunteers to enhance staffing for clinical, administrative and support services where economically and clinically appropriate. SPBH also encourages client volunteerism within the agency and/or the community as part of the treatment process, when appropriate.
