 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH COUNSELOR

Masters degree in the field of counseling, social work, psychology or a related human services field with previous co-occurring experience.  Florida license eligible registered intern, certified mental health professional, or addictions certification preferred or in process of obtaining.   Provides screenings, assessments, diagnosing, group and individual counseling, treatment planning, implementation of treatment plan, educational services, assessing effectiveness of services, crisis intervention, psychopharmacology, collaboration with other agencies/service providers and documentation of all services. 

 CLIENT ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE

Associates degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  One to two years experience in medical office billing, posting of remittance advises, knowledge of pre and prior insurance authorization, ten key processing and computer literacy.


 CO-OCCURRING CLINICAL TEAM LEADER

Masters degree in the field of counseling, social work, psychology or a related human services field.  Three years experience in providing services to persons with mental illness, substance abuse and/or co-occurring disorders.  Florida License in mental health field required under Florida Statutes Chapters 458, 459, 490 or 491.  Must be an 07 Provider or in process of receiving.  Must have knowledge and understanding of substance abuse treatment services to include knowledge of 65-E.  CAP certified or in process of receiving.  Serves as liaison between clinical staff and Director of Operations
