Mental Health Treatment and Substance Abuse Recovery Services

 

Life leads us down many roads. Sometimes the paths we travel can be hard to handle alone. That’s why Starting Point Behavioral Healthcare helps children, teens and adults coping with substance use disorder or mental health treatment every day. From mental health counseling to treatment for addiction and more, Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia residents are finding help and hope at Starting Point.

Starting Point Encourages Telehealth Online Appointments

During this uncertain time, we want to assure you that Starting Point Behavioral Healthcare is dedicated to providing our services to those who need them, including Emergency Assistance. We are focused on helping you through this stressful period by providing information and access to our staff with online appointments.
Beginning immediately, Starting Point is encouraging the use of Telehealth for our clients. This includes all medication management, individual, and group therapy services.All current patients are being contacted by their therapist, case manager, or support staff member to begin using Zoom for future appointments. If you are not familiar with how to use Zoom, someone on our staff can help you. You also can call into the session with your own secure meeting ID#.
If you have a scheduled appointment and have not heard from us, please call 904.225.8280 to speak with a registration clerk.
We have 2 client telehealth offices available on site for those who do not have access to a computer or smartphone. We continue to offer Open Access for new patients each morning on a limited basis.
Please note that all visitors to the office will be screened for COVID-19 before entering.
