Everyday Wellness is a group for adults who want to learn basic ways to feel better and take care of their mental health.
Purpose & Goals
This group helps you understand your feelings and teaches simple ways to manage stress, anxiety, and tough days.
Format & Approach
We meet once a week for 1 hour. You’ll learn helpful skills using therapeutic worksheets, interactive activities, and group talks. You don’t have to talk if you’re not ready.

How to think in healthier ways
How to understand your emotions
How to take care of yourself each day
What to Expect
The group is open to all and welcomes everyone, especially those who are quiet or new to groups.
Eligibility
Anyone 18 or older can join the ‘Everyday Wellness’ group.
If you're new to services, feel free to ask about group therapy during your first visit. You can also stop by the front desk—our team will be happy to connect you with someone who can help!
If you are currently engaged in services at Starting Point, you don't need a specific diagnosis to join—but you will need a referral. Please speak with a member of your treatment team for assistance with enrollment.
