You can pre-register on your phone, tablet, or computer by clicking here. If you’d rather pre-register up by phone, just call us at (904) 225-8280 and follow the prompts to establish care. You can also sign up when you come in for your first visit.
-
Do I need an appointment for my first visit?Nope! You don’t need an appointment. We want it to be easy for you to get help. That’s why we have special times called “walk-in hours” at three different places. Just come during those hours—we’ll be ready to help. Plan to be here for about 2.5 to 3 hours so we have enough time to get to know you and support your needs.

What will happen during my first visit? Here’s what you can expect: If you didn’t pre-register, we’ll ask you to fill out some forms. You’ll answer a few questions about how you’ve been feeling—like if you’ve been sad, worried, or stressed. There are no right or wrong answers. You’ll talk with a team member for about 15 minutes so we can learn more about how to help you. We’ll also talk to you about costs, like insurance or co-pays. Then, you’ll meet with a trained intake specialist for about 90 minutes to talk more about your goals. We’ll give you a folder with helpful info and your next appointment date. You’ve taken a big step towards healing! We’re proud of you—and we’re here to help you every step of the way.
