Teen Mental Health First Aid
This course teaches teens how to help friends who may be going through tough times. Teens learn how to spot signs of mental health or substance use problems, how to listen, and how to get help from a trusted adult. It’s all about being a good friend, speaking up, and knowing you’re not alone. Offered in local high school, 10th-grade classrooms.

Peer Support is an optional enhancement to your treatment journey at Starting Point. Our Peer Specialists serve as guides, companions, and educators, drawing from their own recovery journeys to inspire and uplift others.

Helping kids and teens build the tools they need to resist tobacco, alcohol, opioids, and other drugs. Offered in local elementary schools, LifeSkills also addresses bullying and violence prevention.
