Anyone who needs help with substance use or mental health disorders. Our Mobile Health Clinic is for people who:

• Live in rural areas
 • Don’t have a car or way to get to care
 • Need help but aren’t sure where to start

We believe everyone deserves a chance to get better—no matter where they live.

What days and times are you in each location?

Accepted Answer

We visit three towns every week from 10 AM to 6 PM. Here’s where you can find us:

• Monday & Friday – Fernandina Beach (Barnabas Health Clinic - 1303 Jasmine Street, Fernandina Beach, FL 32034)
 • Tuesday & Thursday – Hilliard (Hilliard Pharmacy - 551770 US-1, Hilliard, FL 32046)
 • Wednesday – Callahan (Callahan Methodist Church - 449648 US-301, Callahan, FL 32011)

Stop by anytime during these hours—we’ll be there and ready to help.

What kind of help can I get?

Accepted Answer

We offer support for people using drugs or alcohol, including:

• Medication to help with cravings
 • Talking to a Case Manager or Peer Support Specialists
 • Virtual visits with therapists and medical providers
 • Support from someone who understands what you’re going through
 • Help getting prescriptions

What can I expect when I walk up to the Mobile Health Clinic?

Accepted Answer

When you walk up to the Mobile Health Clinic, you’ll be greeted by a friendly team ready to help. You don’t need to be a client—everyone is welcome!

You can:
 • Pick up free NARCAN and learn how to use it to help in an emergency.
 • Talk to a peer specialist or case manager who will listen and support you.
 • Get information about helpful community resources.
 • Learn how to get started with care at Starting Point.
 • Even sign up early for services if you’re ready!

No appointment needed—just stop by and say hello!

Question 5

I’m already enrolled in services. Can I do my visits on the Mobile Health Clinic?

Accepted Answer

Yes! If you’re already in the Medication Assisted Recovery (MAR) program, you can schedule your MAR follow-up visits at the Mobile Health Clinic.
If you missed your most recent MAR medication visit, you’re also welcome to stop by during our MAR walk-up times for a walk-in visit:
 • Monday: 3:30 – 4:30 PM
 • Tuesday: 2:30 – 3:30 PM
 • Wednesday: 3:30 – 4:30 PM
 • Thursday: 4:30 – 5:30 PM
 • Friday: 2:30 – 3:30 PM

Just come by during any of these times—we’ll be ready to help!

Question 6

What is available on the Mobile Health Clinic?

Accepted Answer

Our Mobile Health Clinic has everything you need to feel safe and comfortable during your visit. Here’s what you’ll find:

• A private exam room where you can meet with a nurse
 • Quiet telehealth rooms for video visits with a counselor or medical provider
 • A clean bathroom right on the bus
 • A shaded outdoor waiting area with tents and chairs to help you stay cool and comfortable while you wait
