1. Program Description 

Talkable Communities, a program of Starting Point Behavioral Healthcare ("we," "us," "our"), offers text message communications related to our fundraising campaigns, including the Hope Needs Help campaign, through our fundraising platform, DonorDrive. Messages may include fundraising updates, donation confirmations, event reminders, and campaign-related information.

2. Opting In 

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from us at the number provided. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of making a donation or participating in any campaign or event.

3. Message Frequency 

Message frequency varies based on your participation and campaign activity.

4. Message and Data Rates 

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider according to your plan.

5. Opting Out 

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

7. Privacy 

Your mobile phone number, SMS consent, and opt-in information will not be shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared only with service providers necessary to deliver our text messaging program. 8. Carrier Disclaimer 

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile service provider and network availability.

You must be 18 years of age or older or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to participate in our text messaging program.

10. Changes to These Terms 

We may update these SMS Terms of Service from time to time. Changes are effective when posted to this page. Your continued participation in the text messaging program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
