Event Description
Please join Starting Point Behavioral Healthcare and Barnabas on Saturday, May 14th, 2022 for a Spring Health Fair. The Health Fair will be located in the adjoining parking lots of Starting Point and Barnabas at 463142 SR 200, Yulee, FL, 32097.
The Health Fair will feature 18 nonprofit providers including Baptist Medical Center Nassau, Nassau County Council on Aging, Family Support Services of Northeast Florida, Tobacco Free Nassau, and many many more. There will also be an option to donate much needed blood. You will have the option to meet with Starting Point’s Marketplace Navigator’s to talk about how to get health insurance for as low as $10/month, and meet with Barnabas’ Health Services Team
There will be a host information provided including:
- Nutritional Guides for Healthy Eating
- Options for Mental Health Support
- Open Tours of the Starting Point Facility
- Quit Smoking Classes
Free Screenings Included:
- Blood Pressure Screening
- Blood Sugar Testing
- Free Covid/Booster Vaccines
Free Food & Refreshments as well as Children’s Activities.
