Purpose & Goals
This group helps people talk about their feelings, build better habits, and learn ways to stay healthy and balanced in life. We use journaling and group sharing to grow stronger together.
Format & Approach
We meet weekly for 1 hour. Each person writes about their thoughts and feelings, then shares with the group. We support each other and learn new coping tools.
Key Topics Covered
How to handle stress
How to talk and listen kindly
How to feel better and think clearly
How to make good choices and keep growing
What to Expect
This is a small group of 10–12 people. We support the progress of Mental Health Court participants by providing progress updates to the courts on behalf of the individual.
