Starting Point Behavioral Healthcare Presents a Community Conversation Event: Discovering Your Passion and Purpose in Recovery

Yulee, Fla.: Starting Point Behavioral Healthcare will host a Community Conversation event, “Discovering Your Passion and Purpose in Recovery,” at the Nassau County Council on Aging (1901 Island Walkway, Fernandina Beach, FL 32034) on Thursday, March 31st, 2022, from 6-8:30 PM.

“Discovering Your Passion and Purpose in Recovery” is an event to spread the message that all individuals have the capacity to recover from behavioral health conditions and to inform attendees that it is possible to use lived experience in their careers. The event will feature three guest panelists:

  • Renee Morrissette, LSF Training Institute. Renee will be speaking about her recovery journey, and how to help others become CRPS/CRSS certified.
  • Wesley Evans, FL Department of Children and Families. Wesley will be speaking about his recovery journey and his work across the state to develop Recovery Oriented Systems of Care.
  • Bryan Mingle, LSF Health Systems. Bryan will be speaking about his recovery journey and the development of Recovery Community Organizations and how to create one in your community.
